As from September 1 we welcome Willem Henckens in our office, as attorney of counsel.
Willem Henckens is specialized in dispute resolution and litigation in the broad sense of the word, with special focus on corporate law and corporate liability. Willem has also built a thorough expertise in business criminal litigation.
From 2002 till 2011 Willem worked with the Belgian offices of the magic circle firm of Allen & Overy LLP (litigation department). Afterwards he joined the commercial law and fraud & white collar crime divisions of a distinguished Belgian law firm in Brussels.
As from today Willem is at your service, as a member of our law firm, to assist, advice and support you, preventively as well as curatively.
